Behind 404 Penn on Cherry behind Tina's Hair Salon
This mosaic uses two different techniques: cut-glass and fired-clay in its depiction of an art nouveau style showing a woman with flowing hair and nature images. The mosaic is a tongue-in-cheek homage to all the hair salons in West Reading.
